Who needs sweets when you can have tuna or salmon?
Ingredients
1 can tuna or salmon
3 T cottage cheese
3 T coconut flour
1 egg
Catnip or candle (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Tear fish into pieces.
Beat one egg.
Combine the fish, cottage cheese, coconut flour, and egg.
Mix ingredients well.
Grease muffin pan.
Pour batter into cake pan.
Bake the batter for about 20 minutes.
Serve as a cake or chop it up to make the cake easier to eat.
Garnish with catnip on top or add a candle (optional).
